The Law Firm of Anish Vashistha, APLC is closely monitoring the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on our court system and the legal practice in general. We want to assure you that the health of our staff, our clients, and our business partners is our highest priority, and we are taking all appropriate measures to ensure everyone’s health and safety. Fortunately, no one at LFAV, APLC has reported any illness and we hope to keep it that way. In the meantime, we are taking the following careful approach:
- Consistent with the orders of Mayor Garcetti and Governor Newsom, we are maintaining operations in our office on a limited, as necessary, basis while at the same time allowing attorneys and staff to work remotely. We are prepared to deal with all legal emergencies and will continue to protect and maintain our clients’ rights. Our clients will continue to receive excellent service and support even with the court closures. We have procedures in place for all firm functions, from receipt of electronic and paper mail, filing papers electronically, handling any existing or new matters, making all necessary appearances, and responding to billing inquiries. No in person meetings are occurring, and although a skeleton staff is in the office each day for limited hours, our doors remain locked.
- We continue to conduct business via phone, email, messaging, and video conferences.
- And of course, we are following best practices, such as disinfecting procedures and social distancing.
We wish you all patience, good health and stamina in this confusing and unprecedented time. We continue to be optimistic that our friends and our firm will emerge from this crisis with renewed vigor and be stronger than ever.
